2017 Rosie Rosé of Pinot Noir, Sangiacomo Vineyard, Sonoma Coast This light and vibrant salmon pink colored Rosé offers intense pomegranate aromas with key lime and lychee aromas. The palate is juicy with sweet cherry and raspberry flavors with a hint of kefir. The wine finishes with silky tones which showcases it's great acidity and makes it a great Spring and Summer sipper.
This special small lot Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, dark plum color, which is evidence of the amazing concentration that this wine has. The aromas are of ripe black cherry, boysenberry and blueberry fruit. On the palate this wine is structured with impressive depth of cassis with a sappy core of cherry vanilla and finish elegantly with dark roast coffee and soft tannins, which allow for current enjoyment. Only 93 cases were produced.
The wine is an inky dark plum/purple color with deep concentrated aromas of cassis and black cherry notes with a hint of tobacco and tanning leather. The palate is rich and silky with firm but approachable tannins laced with classic vanilla and mocha notes. The finish has a touch of astringency which is akin to high cacao chocolate. This wine is ready to drink now but will improve in the cellar through 2040.
